About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other relevant platforms.
2. Review and screen candidate profiles based on job requirements.
3. Reach out to shortlisted candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
4. Conduct initial candidate interactions and gather relevant information.
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
6. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
7. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
8. Assist with job posting and candidate pipeline management.
9. Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates.
10. Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and recruitment reviews.
