UI/UX Design - Internship

As a UI/UX Design intern at Roughhouse Clothing And Accessories Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that will enhance the user experience of our website and digital platforms.

You will collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs using Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator. Your creativity and knowledge of Shopify will be essential in developing a seamless online shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital platforms. 2. Conduct user research and create user flows to understand and improve the user experience.

3. Use design thinking principles to solve complex design problems and create innovative solutions. 4. Implement UI/UX best practices to ensure a consistent and intuitive user interface.

5. Work closely with developers to bring designs to life and ensure a seamless transition from design to development. 6. Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.

7. Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table. 8. Someone who designs from the customer's point of view, you should be able to think like the person landing on the page, not like the designer who built it.

Understanding why someone hesitates, scrolls past, or abandons a cart matters more here than pixel perfection. Shopify experience is a strong plus - theme customisation, section design, or store setup. Share store links if you have any. • 2. Candidates who design for conversion, not just aesthetics -you should be able to explain why a layout sells, not only why it looks good.

• 3. Portfolio must include at least 2 case studies and UI designs showing process from problem to wireframe to final screen. • 4. Must be able to design responsive layouts for both desktop and mobile, mobile-first preferred.
