Instructional Designer Intern

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design engaging and learner-friendly e-learning content and course materials.
2. Create storyboards, learning activities, quizzes, and assessments.
3. Work with subject matter experts to transform content into interactive learning experiences.
4. Develop engaging digital learning modules using authoring tools.
5. Explore creative ways to incorporate gamification, scenarios, and multimedia into learning.
6. Collaborate with the team to review and improve learning content.

• are available for duration of 3 months

Stipend

INR₹ 5,000 - 6,000 /month

• 1. A passion for learning design, education, and digital content creation.
• 2. Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
• 3. Basic knowledge of instructional design principles is a plus.
• 4. Familiarity with Articulate Storyline is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
• 5. Willingness to learn new tools and experiment with innovative ideas.
• 6. Students or fresh graduates from any discipline with an interest in instructional design are welcome to apply.
