Field Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Follow up on enquiries, understand each client's requirements, budget and timeline, and recommend suitable properties.

2. Conduct site visits and show model units, layouts and brochures, explaining location, amenities, pricing and payment plans. 3. Guide buyers through booking, documentation and loan or payment formalities, working with the sales, legal and finance teams.

4. Move leads through the pipeline from enquiry to site visit, negotiation and closure with consistent follow-up. 5. Maintain accurate lead and client records in the CRM.

6. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for site visits, bookings and sales. 7. Build lasting client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

8. Track competing projects and local market trends, and share insights with the team.
