You will be managing customer success for a construction site management mobile application built for Indian contractors: daily attendance and muster, wages, procurement, site expenses, documents, voice notes and project milestones, in one place and in the user's own language.

It is used by site heads, project managers and company owners. An app like this does not succeed because the code is good. It succeeds because the site head marks the muster before the crew starts, because the store keeper raises a procurement request instead of making a phone call, and because when something goes wrong on site, somebody tells us exactly what went wrong.

You are the person between the app and the site. You will teach it in the language people think in, and carry real problems back to the team that can fix them.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: A. On-site: 1. Set up new sites end to end by creating the site, adding the team, assigning roles, and guiding each person through their daily responsibilities.

2. Train users in the language they are most comfortable with by switching between Kannada, Hindi, and English within a single conversation. 3. Support every rollout through the first week by attending the morning muster and week-end wage run and observing areas where people hesitate.

4. Track and follow up on gaps by identifying who has stopped marking attendance, which site is maintaining a parallel paper register, and why. 5. Represent the app to the client's staff and ensure that no one feels uncomfortable or slow while using it.

B. Reporting back: 1. File bug reports we can act on: what you did, what you expected, what happened, which screen, which phone, which site, with a screenshot or screen recording.

2. Separate the three things people mean by 'it is not working'- a real bug, a missing feature, and something that works fine but nobody could find. 3.

Keep a running list of feature requests with the story behind each one. 4. Send a short weekly note: sites live, people actively using the app, the top three problems, and one thing you would change.

Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: • are available for full time (in-office) internship • can start the internship between 2nd Sep'26 and 7th Oct'26 • are available for duration of 3 months • have relevant skills and interests Stipend: INR₹ 5,000 - 8,000 /month Deadline: 2026-10-02 23:59:59 Other perks: Certificate, Letter of recommendation Skills required: Effective Communication Other Requirements: • A.

Must have: • 1. Fluent in Kannada, Hindi and English, speaking and reading. All three, genuinely. • 2. Properly good with phone apps. You are the one friends and family hand their phone to.

• 3. Willing to spend most of the week at construction sites, not at a desk. • 4. Able to write clearly in English. Most of this job's value is in what you send back.

• 5. Own an Android smartphone and be able to travel locally. Travel is reimbursed. • B. Good to have: • 1. Studying or recently graduated in civil engineering, construction management or anything adjacent.

• 2. Any exposure to construction sites, contractors or site accounts. • 3. You have filed a bug report before, or been the unofficial tech support for a team.

• 4. Two-wheeler and a licence. About Company: Houzzdat aims to stream-line construction material purchasing process in India. We are setting up our operations in South India, having tied-up with top cement manufacturers in the region.
