Business Strategy Internship

At Turtlemint, we're looking for a Strategy Intern to work closely with our leadership team on high-impact projects across insurance, credit, and adjacent financial services businesses.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Evaluate new business opportunities and explore potential market adjacencies. 2. Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and market sizing.

3. Build business cases and financial models for new products and strategic partnerships. 4. Support distribution and pricing strategy projects. 5. Prepare strategic recommendations and presentations for leadership and board-level discussions.

Students from top engineering institutes such as IITs, BITS, NITs, or other reputed institutions. • 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • 3.

Strong understanding of financial modeling and business analysis. • 4. Proficiency in MS Excel, market research, and presentation building. • 5. Passion for fintech, insurance, lending, and emerging financial services.

• 6. Ability to work independently, think critically, and communicate insights clearly. About Company: Turtlemint is a technology platform that facilitates consumers in their entire process of searching, decision-making, and buying insurance.

We help the user make an informed decision by presenting the insurance jargon in a simplified language and letting them compare the policies to arrive at a suitable choice.

In addition, we recommend to our users the best products in the market that most meet their needs by giving a match score corresponding to the priorities given.

If that's not sufficient, the user can always seek guidance from our advisors via chat, e-mail, or call. Effectively, we make smooth and transparent what used to be a tedious process earlier.
