General Management Internship

We're hiring an intern for the most hands-on seat at FlourWorks right now basically a founder's office role. We're a Mumbai-based D2C brand doing chakki-fresh atta, slow-milled only after the order comes in, not sitting pre-ground on a shelf.

We spent the last year building the boring stuff: our own stone mill, new packaging, a full rebrand, moving onto Shopify, etc. That part's done. Now we're in growth mode.

We went from 1,000 to 2,300 Instagram followers off just 2 reels. Orders are climbing day on day, and we're seeing new customers discover us organically through Instagram, no ad spend.

Small brand, but the traction is real, and it's early. Right now it's just the two founders running marketing, sales, and pretty much everything else.

That's the gap this role fills. This isn't going to be a coffee-fetching internship. You'll see real decisions get made and probably argue us out of a few bad ones.

4-6 months, stipend based on how much you actually take ownership of, experience letter at the end. In-person, Mumbai. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1.

Support business development, brand building, and marketing activities 2. Manage influencer barter collaborations from start to finish 3. Handle sales activities through WhatsApp orders and Shopify 4.

Analyze sales numbers and identify what is working 5. Participate in business decisions and provide relevant inputs Who shouldn't apply: if your first question is going to be about the stipend, this isn't for you.
