Human Resources Internship

As a Recruitment Intern at RSHCE Renu Sharma Health Care And Education Foundation, you'll support day-to-day hiring coordination and help keep candidate communication and recruitment records organized.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Assist with posting openings and sharing role updates on LinkedIn, using clear, professional written English.

2. Help review incoming applications and organize candidate details in Excel or other MS Office tools for easy tracking. 3. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and interviewers, confirming dates, times, and meeting details.

4. Manage recruitment emails by sending timely updates, answering routine queries, and directing questions to the appropriate team member. 5. Support virtual interviews through Microsoft Teams by preparing meeting links and helping participants connect.

6. Maintain accurate recruitment records, including application status, interview feedback, and follow-up actions. 7. Help prepare simple recruitment documents and reports, checking them for clarity, accuracy, and professional presentation.
