Field Work Data Collection Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Visit assigned retail stores and use the Borentis mobile app to capture customer-advisor conversations.

2. Ensure recordings are started/stopped correctly and conversations are captured clearly. 3. Follow defined protocols for different store environments, customer journeys and interaction types.

4. Maintain basic metadata for each interaction store, category, duration, interaction type, outcome, etc. 5. Flag poor-quality recordings, background-noise issues, missed conversations and app problems.

6. Coordinate with the product team to improve the capture workflow. 7.
