Content and Social Media Marketing Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Create content around mental wellness, mental health practice, psychology and topics relevant to MHPs in India.

2. Create short-form videos, reels, educational videos and social media content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn. 3. Write video scripts, captions, hooks, headlines and supporting social media copy.

4. Record and/or edit videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar platforms. 5. Work with the team to develop content themes, series and campaigns aimed at engaging psychologists, therapists, counsellors and other MHPs.

6. Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and audience response. 7. Maintain a regular content calendar and take ownership of assigned content from idea to publication.

Who can apply? • 1. Candidates pursuing or having completed a master's degree in psychology or a related field from an indian university/institution. • 2.

Candidates from other backgrounds with a strong demonstrated interest and aptitude in mental wellness content creation may also be considered. • B. We are looking for candidates who have: • 1.

Excellent spoken and written English. • 2. Strong interest in mental health, psychology and mental wellness. • 3. Good creativity and the ability to develop interesting content ideas.

• 4. Strong communication and storytelling skills. • 5. Confidence or willingness to appear on camera and create video content. • 6. Basic knowledge of video recording and editing.

• 7. Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, YouTube or similar tools. • 8. Ability to research information and present it accurately and responsibly.

• 9. Curiosity, willingness to experiment and eagerness to learn. • 10. Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned content. • 11. Video creation is strongly preferred.
