We're looking for a customer communication intern to manage incoming communication and ensure every enquiry and lead is handled professionally and followed up.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Manage enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram & LinkedIn. 2. Respond to customers, parents, designers, architects and potential clients.
3. Understand requirements and share relevant product/catalogue information. 4. Identify serious leads and coordinate with the senior team. 5. Maintain a database of enquiries, customer details, requirements, status and follow-ups.
6. Track pending leads and ensure no enquiry is missed. 7. Monitor Instagram DMs/comments and LinkedIn messages. 8. Maintain a daily update of enquiries and important conversations.

0–2 years’ experience in customer communication, social media, sales, CRM or similar. • 2. Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome. • 3.
Excellent communication skills and good command of English. • 4. Highly organised, responsive and detail-oriented. • 5. Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Sheets/Excel.
• 6. Able to multitask and follow up consistently. • 7. Experience in kids, furniture, interiors, design, lifestyle or premium retail is an advantage.
