Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Compliances of direct tax, indirect tax laws, corporate laws and commercial laws etc. including registrations, filing of returns etc.

2. Handle drafting and litigations of taxation and commercial laws 3. Business, financial investment, auditing & management consultancy. 4. Conduct legal research and analysis to support lawyers in case preparation.

5. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements. 6. Assist in preparing for court hearings and trials by organizing case files and evidence.

7. Communicate with clients and other legal professionals to gather information and updates on cases. 8. Stay up to date on legal developments and trends to contribute to the team's knowledge base and overall success.
