Video Content Creator Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Plan and create daily video content for Mittivanam 2. Shoot Reels, Shorts, project videos and behind-the-scenes content 3.

Capture ongoing construction work, materials, craftsmen and natural-building processes 4. Shoot content featuring Aditya Sharma explanations, conversations, site visits and demonstrations 5.

Edit videos with cuts, music, subtitles, graphics and basic effects 6. Create platform-specific versions for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube 7. Write basic captions, hooks and descriptions 8.

Publish and schedule content across social media platforms 9. Repurpose longer videos into multiple short-form content pieces 10. Maintain an organised library of raw footage and edited content 11.

Track basic content performance and identify what is working 12. Continuously suggest new content ideas, formats and stories from Mittivanam's projects and activities Who can apply: Only those candidates can apply who: • are available for full time (in-office) internship • can start the internship between 22nd Sep'26 and 27th Oct'26 • are available for duration of 6 months • have relevant skills and interests Stipend: INR₹ 12,000 - 15,000 /month Deadline: 2026-10-24 23:59:59 Other perks: Certificate, Letter of recommendation, Informal dress code, Free snacks & beverages Skills required: Social Media Marketing, Video Editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, Videography, Creative Thinking, Photography, Video Making, Image Editing, Storytelling, DaVinci Resolve and Capcut Other Requirements: • Candidates who have their own camera or good smartphone are preferred • Prior experience creating Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts is preferred • Candidates with a portfolio of original video content will be preferred • Interest in architecture, design, natural building, sustainability, art or filmmaking is a plus • Comfortable travelling to construction sites and project locations • Strong visual sense and attention to detail • Good communication and storytelling skills • Proactive and comfortable working independently • Willing to appear on camera occasionally, if required • Telugu + English communication skills preferred • Candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-person internship in Hyderabad preferred About Company: Mitti Vanam is a sustainable architecture and natural building initiative based in Hyderabad, India, focused on promoting eco-friendly construction, traditional earth-building techniques, and regenerative design.
