  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.

Our Internship Program Offers the Following and More: Client & Advisory Experience: • Observe client meetings, participate in team prep meetings, and apply your learning through a mock client presentation designed to simulate a real-world advisory experience. • Work on meaningful projects while gaining exposure to different areas of the business, including investments, impact, marketing, operations, tax planning, MESI, and more. Professional Development: • Receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and support from experienced professionals who are invested in helping you learn, grow, and succeed throughout the summer. • Participate in career development programming designed to help you build professional skills, explore future opportunities, and prepare for life after graduation. Skills & Relationships: • Build relationships with teammates across the firm while exploring different career paths and areas of expertise within wealth management. • Collaborate with interns across the country through team projects, presentations, and book club discussions that foster learning, connection, and professional growth. • Develop an understanding of how teams across the firm collaborate to deliver a holistic client experience. Culture & Community: • Participate in team outings, committee events, and firmwide activities that help you build relationships and experience Brighton Jones' culture firsthand. • Engage in volunteer opportunities that reflect our commitment to community and making a positive impact. Future Opportunities: • High-performing interns may have the opportunity to return as a full-time Analyst following graduation.

Program Details: • Program dates are June 14th - August 5th, 2027. • Priority consideration will be given to candidates who apply by December 1st, 2026. • Candidates should be on track to graduate with a bachelor's degree between December 2027 and June 2028 and be eligible for consideration for future full-time opportunities following graduation. • Availability to work up to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, in-office.This is a temporary, non-exempt/hourly position. • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future. Brighton Jones does not provide employment visa sponsorship for this position.

Compensation: • Pay: $23.00 per hour with potential for college credits, if applicable.
