Are you an aspiring change maker with a passion for mission and a curiosity for how fundraising really works? This year, step into a behind-the-scenes role where you'll see—and do—it all. As a Fundraising Intern, you'll get hands-on experience in every corner of nonprofit development: donor communications, events, strategy, stewardship, and more. You'll work alongside a mission-driven team dedicated to reenergizing the Catholic Church and see how generosity fuels impact at every level. Catholics are leaving the Church at an alarming rate, and disengagement among those who remain is staggeringly high. This is where you come in. We are looking for driven, talented, and dynamic individuals who will work tirelessly to use their talents to inspire people to rediscover the genius of Catholicism.
What You'll Leave With • Marketable skills in Salesforce, donor engagement, research, major gift administration, and more. • Experience working within a best-in-class fundraising system alongside seasoned professionals. • Full spectrum exposure to the operations of non-profit fundraising. • Real responsibility and projects with tangible deliverables.
What You Already Have • Results-driven mindset and determination to meet or exceed goals. • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the “Why” behind trends. • Excellent critical thinking, listening and interpersonal communication skills. • Genuine interest in exploring non-profit operations and fundraising. • Passion for continued personal/professional development through challenging work.
Location This role is located in the Greater Cincinnati area. This is why we offer paid housing for our interns!
