Marketing Intern – Lead Generation

We support and advise our customers in Automotive, Manufacturing, Smart Infrastructure and beyond in all aspects of Internet of Things (IoT) and Cloud Computing. From designing and developing customized IoT solutions to implementing and managing them seamlessly, Concept Reply helps customers unlock the potential of IoT. We're hiring a part-time Marketing Intern (up to 30 hours per week) to build our pipeline of qualified leads. You'll research target accounts, find the right decision-makers, and run email and LinkedIn outreach that turns cold contacts into conversations. The leads you generate go straight to our marketing team for follow-up and to our partners as new business opportunities.

Responsibilities • Find the right leads. Research target industries and accounts, then identify decision-makers who match our ideal customer profile using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools. • Qualify and enrich contacts. Verify emails, fill in company and role details, and score leads against agreed criteria so the team only spends time on real opportunities. • Build and run email campaigns. Write personalized outreach sequences, set up A/B tests on subject lines and messaging, and manage follow-ups in Apollo.io and HubSpot. • Support LinkedIn outreach. Help plan and run LinkedIn campaigns, including connection requests, InMail, and engagement with prospects' content. • Keep the CRM clean. Log every lead, touchpoint, and response in HubSpot so marketing and partners have an accurate, up-to-date view of the pipeline. • Hand off qualified leads. Package qualified leads with context (who they are, why they fit, what they responded to) for the marketing team and partners. • Report on results. Track open, reply, and meeting rates each week and suggest changes based on what's working.

Minimum Requirements • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field • Clear, persuasive writing, especially short-form emails and messages • Comfort with research and detail-oriented data work • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to manage several campaigns at once • Curiosity about B2B sales, technology, and how companies buy

Preferred Qualifications • Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or a similar CRM or outreach tool • Familiarity with email marketing metrics such as open, reply, and bounce rates

What you'll gain You'll leave with practical skills in the tools and tactics that modern B2B marketing teams rely on every day: • End-to-end experience running outbound campaigns, from list building to booked conversations • Working knowledge of Apollo.io, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Measurable results you can point to in interviews and on your resume • Mentorship from our marketing team and exposure to how partners close deals
