  • Your day-to-day responsibilities may consist of assisting with accounts payable processes, researching invoice-related correspondence, supporting vendor and subcontractor payment requests, maintaining compliance documentation, participating in project accounting reviews, assisting with month-end close activities, reconciling project financial data, and helping ensure accurate recordkeeping across multiple projects.

Requirements and eligibility

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred, not required

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred
  • Experience through coursework, internships, or accounting-related projects is a plus
