Working with sales leaders and stakeholders, they assist in implementing processes, tools, and initiatives that improve collaboration, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness.

Program start date: January 2027 Program Details: The 6 months, full-time program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training) Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month) Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.

Support sales planning, pipeline reviews, and business performance tracking. Coordinate Rhythm of Business (RoB) activities and key sales initiatives.

Analyse sales data, reporting, and pipeline health to drive insights. Promote adoption of sales tools, processes, and best practices. Assist with account, territory, and partner business planning.

Help improve seller productivity, partner engagement, and sales effectiveness. Emirati National holding UAE Family Book Emirati nationality Legally authorized to work in UAE (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit) Completed a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field.

Fluency in English. Passion for technology and digital transformation. Experience working with data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
