- Program start date: January 2027 Program Details: The 6 months, full-time program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding & Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training) Phase one: Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp (1 month) Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.
- You seek feedback from customers to understand the drivers of satisfaction and establish action plans to improve their overall experience.
- You orchestrate extended virtual teams and key stakeholders to engage decision makers of assigned accounts.
- You develop strategies to secure buy-in and execution of plans and aim to identify new opportunities within assigned accounts.

Emirati National holding UAE Family Book Emirati nationality Legally authorized to work in UAE (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit) Currently pursuing/ completed a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Business, or related field.
Fluency in English. Passion for technology and customer obsessed. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
