What you'll own

  • Support the planning and development of learner-centred skilling programmes by gathering requirements, defining measurable outcomes, coordinating resources, and maintaining plans and stakeholder updates.

Support the planning and development of learner-centred skilling programmes by gathering requirements, defining measurable outcomes, coordinating resources, and maintaining plans and stakeholder updates.

Use approved AI-assisted tools to analyse learning needs, synthesise stakeholder and learner inputs, draft personas, outlines, storyboards, assessments, and prototypes, and improve accessibility and efficiency with appropriate human review.

Assist with building, testing, launching, and maintaining end-to-end learning experiences, including content versioning, skills metadata, reusable content libraries, and machine-readable resources.

Collect and analyse learner feedback, usage, completion, satisfaction, behaviour-change, and time-to-competency signals; help maintain dashboards and communicate programme impact.

Contribute to business programme research, requirements, project plans, RACI documentation, timelines, milestones, risk mitigation, cost-benefit analysis, and landing and communication plans.

Collaborate with subject-matter experts, internal teams, external partners, and customers to validate content, resolve operational needs, and build stakeholder understanding, buy-in, and adoption.

Programme Eligibility: Currently pursuing (final year with no more than 6 months remaining) or have completed a Bachelor's degree in the last 6 months in Learning and Development, Education, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.

Fluency in English. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Passion for technology and customer engagement.
