Legal Counsel Intern

Under the supervision of the legal team, you will contribute to a range of activities, including: Preparing responses to public and private tenders and reviewing customer contracts.

Conducting legal research on digital technologies, data protection, artificial intelligence, competition law, public procurement, and European regulations.

Drafting legal notes, summaries, memoranda, and practical guidance materials. Developing training materials on Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and the contractual and legal implications of AI.

Participating in internal meetings and, depending on the matter, meetings with customers and partners. Enhancing internal tools, processes, and knowledge-sharing practices.

Master II student or recent graduate in digital law, e-commerce law, or business law, with knowledge of new technology law and personal data law. You must be legally authorized to work in France to be eligible for this position.

(Legally authorized = have citizenship or have obtained a valid visa or work permit) Fluency in English and French (written and oral) is essential. Currently enrolled at the EFB (École de Formation du Barreau) or another French law school and seeking a final internship or Professional Project Placement (PPI).

Strong interest in technology, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, B2B contracting, compliance, and public policy. Previous experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, public institution, or international environment is a plus.

Etudiant en Master II de droit du numérique, droit du commerce électronique ou droit des affaires, avec une connaissance du droit des nouvelles technologies et du droit des données personnelles.

Vous devez être légalement autorisé à travailler en France pour être éligible à ce poste. (Légalement autorisé = a la citoyenneté ou a obtenu un visa ou un permis de travail valide) Maitrise de l'anglais et français (écrit et oral) impérative.

Élève-avocat(e) à l'EFB ou dans une autre école d'avocats, en recherche d'un stage final ou PPI. Fort intérêt pour la tech, le cloud, l'IA, les contrats B2B, la conformité et les politiques publiques.

Première expérience appréciée en entreprise, cabinet, institution publique ou environnement international.
