Business Program Management Intern - Executive Office

Program Management: Support overall program management by maintaining project plans and key milestones, tracking actions and risks, preparing project governance meetings, documenting outcomes, and following up with contributors.

Data-Driven Program Management: Define and monitor success metrics such as OKRs and KPIs, collect and analyze data, maintain reporting dashboards, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Change Management: Contribute to change management initiatives through the preparation and facilitation of workshops, support for manager and employee champion networks, and collection of employee feedback and pain points.

Program Communications: Develop and manage program communications, including editorial calendars, internal communications, town hall materials, and responses to employee questions.

Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct research and benchmarking on workplace transformation and employee experience practices, analyze employee feedback, and develop data-driven recommendations and scenarios.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with stakeholders across Human Resources, Real Estate & Facilities, Information Technology, and external program partners to support successful program delivery.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master Degree in Business, Management, Computer Science or related field You must be legally authorised to work in France to be eligible for this role.
