Business Program Management Intern

Lead a strategic project to solve a high-impact business problem for the Surface Business, from problem definition to delivering recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance, etc.) to develop and implement solutions. Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and portfolio prioritization to inform decision-making. Develop and present recommendations to leadership that drive growth, efficiency, or customer/partner value. Currently pursuing an MBA with a focus in Strategy, Marketing, Operations, or Technology. Strong analytical, communication skills, and storytelling skills. Passion for hardware, software, and AI-driven experiences. Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments. Experience in consulting, product strategy, program management, or enterprise sales. Interest in emerging technologies like Copilot, ARM, and AI platforms. Technical work or educational background a plus.
