Role overview

Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle: intake, routing, tracking, execution and filing of commercial agreements.
Contribute to the organization and ongoing management of Legal team knowledge bases, templates and playbooks.
Support the implementation, configuration and day-to-day operation of the team's legal technology tools, including redlining, repository, e-signature and intake platforms.
Assist with prompt engineering, testing and iteration for AI-assisted legal processes — building simple but reliable automation flows rather than one-off experiments.

Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence for the Legal & Compliance team as required.
Ability to document and diagram workflows clearly, translating operational complexity into structured formats (for example, , process maps, logic flows, checklists).
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree programme in Law, Legal Technology, Information Systems, Business Law or a related field.
Business fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus for the EMEA context.

Experience with or curiosity about CLM systems (for example, , Ironclad, Conga, DocuSign CLM, Juro), e-signature tools or legal intake platforms is a plus.
Basic familiarity with structured data (spreadsheets, JSON, CSV) and how information can be extracted from unstructured documents is a plus.
Prior exposure to contract administration, legal operations or legal technology — through coursework, internships, student clinic work or self-directed projects — is preferred.
