Role overview

Support the Sales team to develop partnerships with the GMSV and Cadillac Dealer Network underpinned by a vision of becoming a leading automotive partner
Support the Sales team in developing and enhancing customer experience and brand representation through the GMSV & Cadillac Dealer Network.
Support the Supply Chain team with order requirements and fulfillment, including the addition of new models and trims to the GM ordering systems to achieve the wholesale and retail forecasts.
Manage accurate monthly reporting for financial rebate programs, with all finance reports submitted by the 3rd business day of the month.

Issue schedules and adhoc correspondence to dealer network as required, with support from the Sales and Supply Chain teams.
Liaise with GMANZ technical staff as required on specific customer experience issues on behalf of the Sales team
Undertake special projects as required by the GM Supply Chain and Sales teams
Ability to work autonomously and in an unstructured environment
