What you'll own
- for Us :
- You will support the Legal Counsel Europe responsible for Italy, Albania, Malta, Hungary and Switzerland, in particular:
- support and review of contracts, T&Cs, marketing materials and products labels;
- support and review of all administrative and corporate documents (for example, BoD meeting calls and minutes, Shareholders meeting calls and minutes, legal books transcriptions, proxy, etc.
Requirements and eligibility
- law degree with high score is required;
Preferred, not required
- admission to the bar in Italy as well as master in business law or LL.M. degree is a plus;
