Lowe's Launchpad is a rotational opportunity designed to help emerging technologists strengthen their tech skills, engage with tech leaders, and learn more about Lowe’s culture while advancing their career.

Our 10-week summer internship program (May 24 – July 30, 2026) immerses you in real-world retail operations. You'll work directly with industry experts across our stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, gaining practical experience through hands-on projects that make meaningful contributions to our business and communities.

Innovate in Charlotte This internship is based at our on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lowe's Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.
What You Will Learn • Assist in developing product strategies and roadmaps for Lowe’s digital experiences. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze customer data, feedback, and research to inform product decisions. • Help prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact and business value.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with marketing, training, and support teams.
Minimum Qualifications • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. • Expected graduation dates of December 2027, or May 2028.
