What you'll own

  • You will support the development of product packaging graphics, help visualize new product and portfolio concepts, contribute to innovation strategy frameworks, and assist in the facilitation of creative workshops.
  • Support the development of packaging & branding across some of the world’s most iconic snacking brands, from early concepts through production-ready design.
  • Contribute to front-end innovation projects by helping visualize new product concepts, portfolio opportunities, and brand experiences.
  • Create presentations, mood boards, concept boards, and visual storytelling materials that communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements and eligibility

  • Desired majors: Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related design disciplines .
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong creative thinking, design fundamentals, and visual communication skills is required .
  • Proficiency with macOS, Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign), AI-powered creative tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication , collaboration, organization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred, not required

  • Experience with sketching, Figma, Blender, motion graphics or other visualization software is a plus, but not required .

Mars Snacking Global Design Internship Experience As a Global Design Intern, you will gain exposure to the following areas: • In this role, you will be an active contributor to both brand design and front-end innovation work.

You will support the development of product packaging graphics, help visualize new product and portfolio concepts, contribute to innovation strategy frameworks, and assist in the facilitation of creative workshops.

This is a unique opportunity to learn how real-world design systems function across global brands while building your professional skills through concept development, storytelling, presentations, and hands-on use of both AI-powered and traditional design tools.

• Support the development of packaging & branding across some of the world’s most iconic snacking brands, from early concepts through production-ready design.

• Contribute to front-end innovation projects by helping visualize new product concepts, portfolio opportunities, and brand experiences. • Participate in workshops that bring together cross-functional partners to solve business and design challenges.

• Create presentations, mood boards, concept boards, and visual storytelling materials that communicate ideas clearly to stakeholders. • Explore and apply emerging AI-powered creative tools alongside industry-standard design workflows to accelerate ideation and creative development.

• Collaborate with marketers, R&D, packaging engineers, consumer insights, and other cross-functional partners throughout the product development process.

• Develop an understanding of global brand systems, packaging design, innovation strategy, and consumer-centered design thinking. What we’re looking for: • Desired majors: Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related design disciplines .

• We are seeking a creative and collaborative student, sophomore year or older, to join our team . • Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.

S., without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment. • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug & background screening.
