About the Role The Software Support Intern is responsible for collaborating and assisting our Developers resolve a wide range of technical software issues on our product by troubleshooting via telephone, email and/or remote session.

A solid foundation in JavaScript is required. What You'll Do • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Contribute to the design, development, and testing of features across mobile, web, and server components • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Debug and resolve issues to help maintain reliable, high-quality software • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Gain hands-on experience building scalable, cloud-native solutions on Oracle Cloud • p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Learn what it takes to ship real software in a fast-paced, team-oriented engineering environment What You Bring: • Foundational knowledge in JavaScript • Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship • Considered a junior or senior by credit hours • Available to work 40 hours per week in-office • Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship What Makes This Internship Different Structured Development We intentionally design your experience to accelerate your growth.
