Role overview

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teammates to document and analyze digital customer experiences.
You will develop metrics, reporting, visualization, analysis, and recommendations that help program leaders guide strategy and change initiatives.
Work with technical teams to develop and support web applications, APIs, and solutions for internal and external users.

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to learn new technologies.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Basic understanding of software development concepts, web applications, APIs, or programming.

Exposure to technologies such as Angular, Java, GitHub, DevOps tools, or cloud platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, or using AI to support coding and troubleshooting is a plus.
Previous coursework, personal projects, internships, or hands-on technical experience is a plus.
