Role overview
What you'll own
- As a Services Portfolio Management Intern, you'll support Veeam's Customer Experience (CX) team in defining, building, and optimizing our services portfolio as scalable, repeatable offerings that drive customer outcomes, retention, and revenue growth.
- You'll assist across the full services offering lifecycle — helping research customer needs and market trends, tracking services performance metrics, and supporting go-to-market activities for new and existing offerings.
- You'll also work closely with the team to explore how data and automation can streamline how services are delivered, helping identify opportunities to make our services portfolio more efficient and scalable.
Requirements and eligibility
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn about technology
- Proficiency in how to leverage AI technology and applications.
- Strong data analytic skills
Preferred, not required
- Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in an accredited college or university (Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field preferred)
