What you'll do
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to support the execution of strategic product and engineering initiatives.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to help ensure projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze customer, market, and product performance data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Support product roadmap planning by gathering requirements, documenting priorities, and assisting with project planning activities.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, reports, and presentations for cross-functional teams and leadership.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, and commercial teams to drive alignment and successful project outcomes.
Pay and perks
- For this role, we anticipate paying $26-$30 per hour.

What you will do
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to support the execution of strategic product and engineering initiatives.

- Facilitate communication between engineering, operations, and commercial teams to drive alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Participate in product development and continuous improvement initiatives, helping identify opportunities to create greater value for customers and the business.
- Present project updates, findings, and recommendations to team members and business stakeholders throughout the internship.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Enrolled in a STEM degree or alternative program (e.g., 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)
- Eligible for full-time employment on or before Summer 2029
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
- Willing to work in-person at our Lisle, IL or Minneapolis, MN for the duration of the internship
- Demonstrated academic achievement and interest in engineering, manufacturing, technology, or related fields
What Will Put You Ahead
- Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or related degree program
- Enrolled in a Master's or Doctoral program in an applicable field
- Previous internship, co-op, lab, project, research, or leadership experience
- Experience with CAD software, data analytics tools, statistical analysis, automation tools, or programming languages such as Python, SQL, or MATLAB
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or operational excellence principles
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities
- Interest in electronics, connector technology, manufacturing processes, product development, or data-driven decision making
For this role, we anticipate paying $26-$30 per hour.
