Join Veeam’s People & Culture organization as a People & Culture AI Transformation Intern , helping our global People & Culture team adopt AI in a s trategic, responsible, and high-impact way.
On this team, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, enablement, and operations — turning AI learnings into reusable resources, supporting AI workflow and agent prototyping, and helping track adoption and impact.
This is a rare internship where you won’t just “use AI” — you’ll help build the systems and playbooks that scale AI across an enterprise human resources organization, accelerating the path from idea → prototype → pilot.
If you enjoy organizing messy information into clear frameworks, testing tools, and shipping practical assets people actually use, you’ll thrive here.

Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Engineering or another related field
Hands-on experience with LLMs (must-have): you’ve used tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar for school, work, or personal projects.
Curiosity about how AI is changing how individuals, teams and businesses work — and the judgment to use it thoughtfully and responsibly.
Comfortable exploring new tools, working through ambiguity, and making progress without step-by-step instructions.
