What you'll own
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards covering recruiting, project cost, and financial KPIs.
- Support ad hoc data and reporting requests from leadership.
- Clean and validate data across systems (ERP, ATS, HRIS).
- Identify trends and anomalies, and support root-cause analysis on data discrepancies.
Requirements and eligibility
- With over 18 years of experience, Hays Electrical Services is a nationally recognized electrical contractor delivering high-quality, safe, and reliable electrical solutions across commercial, industrial, and specialty markets.
- & Skills
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics or a related field
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Preferred, not required
- Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Power BI, SQL, or similar tools preferred
