Role overview

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will join the Strategic Operations team and support an exploratory, data-driven initiative focused on assessing GSCC data sources, reporting needs, and opportunities to improve operational insight and executive-level decision-making.
Every day is unique in this role.
Depending on the project phase, you may be responsible for:
Assessing and documenting GSCC data sources, workflows, and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to evaluate data quality and flow, identify gaps, and assess the feasibility of proposed solutions.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, concise, leadership-ready summaries and reports.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage ambiguity, evolving requirements, and multiple priorities.

Previous experience developing dashboards, reports, or executive-level performance metrics using Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools.
Experience integrating or analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends, relationships, and operational insights.
Familiarity with data governance, data quality assessment, and reporting best practices.
