Salesforce & AI Implementation Intern

SUMMER 2027 INTERNSHIP Salesforce & AI Implementation Intern Aleysian, headquartered in Chicago, is a dynamic and innovative digital transformation consulting firm specializing in Salesforce and AI-driven business solutions for the private sector.

We are seeking creative and driven Summer 2027 Interns to assist with implementations and configurations, ultimately extending the Salesforce platform and AI capabilities for our clients.

The Summer 2027 Intern is a client-facing role that will assist in gathering configuration requirements from clients and collaborate with team members in designing, implementing and testing solutions for client business needs.

Our intern will spend time with broader Aleysian team members, including leadership, to learn the ins and outs of consulting, ultimately gaining an understanding of how to respond to client needs and planned usage for Salesforce and AI.

We stress on the job training and are very open to candidates with a variety of backgrounds! This is an onsite role at our downtown Chicago office. What you'll do • Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and requirements • Document client business processes, system requirements, and solution specifications • Support the design and configuration of Salesforce and AI solutions based on client requirements and project scope • Assist with the implementation, testing, and validation of Salesforce and AI-powered solutions • Collaborate with consultants and project team members to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver the intended client outcomes • Research and evaluate emerging AI capabilities and technologies and identify opportunities to apply them to business processes • Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process flows, test plans, and user guides • Develop training materials and support knowledge transfer for clients and internal team members What we're looking for • Seeking current college juniors who will complete an internship in Summer 2027 and return to school for their senior year, with expected bachelor’s degree graduation in Spring 2028 .
