You’ll gain hands-on exposure to Agile delivery practices, backlog management, cross-functional coordination, delivery reporting, and the use of AI-enabled tools to improve team productivity, documentation, and decision-making.
You will receive direct mentorship from experienced Product Managers and Product Owners while helping build reporting, documentation, dashboards, and process tools that keep multiple product teams aligned, informed, and on schedule.
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other Agile ceremonies, including capturing notes, action items, and follow-ups.
Assist with documentation of delivery processes, playbooks, and best practices to support continuous improvement across the team.

Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th
(Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project/Program Management, or related field.
Strong interest in software product management, Agile delivery, technology delivery, AI-enabled productivity, or project/program management.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools is a plus.
