Join us and help run what runs the world. This position reports to: HR Operations Specialist __ Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement.

Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: on site This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in México. You will be mainly accountable for: • Active participation in recruitment in BC employees • Employees files management – control and update • Meets headcount requirements according to the business needs • Lead BC employees with onboarding process: ducuments and contracts.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory) • You are immersed in HR and the laboral market • Have established skills in people management, communication & team work • You are passionate about hiring process • You are active student from related careers as psychology, administration or business.
