This role offers hands-on experience in office administration, employee services, and event coordination within an international environment. About the Internship: • Start date: 14.
09.2026 • Work in a modern office in Kraków • 100% Onsite work model • We expect availability of 20h per week Responsibilities: • Support reception and front-office activities • Assist in the organization and coordination of internal events • Support the Benefits Team with administrative tasks • Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Administration Team • Assist with various ad hoc tasks and process improvements Requirements: • Active student status (preferably at the Cracow University of Economics, studying Administration, Marketing & Communications, UX/UI, or a similar field) • Good knowledge of Canva & Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) • Good English (written and spoken) • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude • Good organizational and communication skills A future opportunity Click Apply to express your interest and be considered for future opportunities that match your experience and aspirations.
