HR Operations Intern (Czech/Slovak Speaker)

This role offers hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, HR administration, and HR systems within an international environment. Responsibilities • Process HR transactions in SAP and Workday • Support employee lifecycle activities, including employee data maintenance and HR administration • Handle and resolve HR-related requests from employees • Support basic payroll-related processes and activities • Update and maintain internal HR procedures and documentation • Ensure accuracy and quality of employee data in HR systems Requirements • Active student status • Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English (minimum B2 level) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks • Good organizational and communication skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications What We Offer • Hands-on experience in HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management • Exposure to global HR systems, including SAP and Workday • Opportunity to develop HR administration and stakeholder management skills • Collaboration with international teams in a dynamic environment • Learning and development opportunities in a supportive team setting A future opportunity Click Apply to express your interest and be considered for future opportunities that match your experience and aspirations.
