Join us and help run what runs the world. This position reports to: Project Operations Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the execution of engineering and service projects within ABB Motion Services.

Each day, you will collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to support project planning, documentation, reporting, and coordination activities.

You will also showcase your expertise by contributing to project tracking and process improvement initiatives while developing practical skills in project management within a global technology company.

The work model for the role is : Hybrid #LI-Hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Support project planning and execution activities by assisting with project schedules, milestone tracking, progress monitoring, and project performance reporting.

• Assist in maintaining project documentation, records, and reports, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and aligned with customer and ABB requirements.

• Support project administration activities, including invoicing follow-up, data entry, status updates, and coordination of information across project stakeholders.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and project teams to identify improvements, monitor project deliverables, and support compliance with ABB's safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications for the role • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Interest in project management, engineering operations, planning, scheduling, and business process improvement. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced industrial and engineering environment. • Demonstrated commitment to safety, integrity, and professionalism in alignment with ABB's values.
