IT Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION: MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE Performs entry-level professional business support/administrative work, gradually increasing in level of difficulty and responsibility as on-the-job/formal training is received.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Assist in gathering and documenting business needs, user requirements, and process flows • Support analysis of current vs future-state business processes • Help maintain requirements documentation, meeting notes, and basic business cases • Participate in workshops, stakeholder meetings, and system walkthroughs • Support It projects by tracking timelines, deliverables, and action items • Assist with documentation related to IT policies, compliance, and quality standards.

• Follow established IT standards, methodologies, and change management processes • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. QUALIFICATIONS • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Business Information Systems or related disciplines • Understanding of IT systems and applications, business processes and Microsoft tools are required • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset • Clear verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to learn and take feedback • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams IT Interns will be aligned to assignments that are in key areas of IT.
