  • Identify, research, and engage with potential suppliers that support critical mineral sourcing strategies.
  • Track and report on sourcing initiatives, cost reduction activities, process improvements, and key program objectives.
  • Develop presentations and recommendations to support strategic sourcing decisions and business planning.

Our team researches and develops sourcing strategies for critical materials that support vehicle electrification, with a focus on rare earth metals and magnets. A day in the life
