What you'll own
- You’ll conduct quality assurance audits of underwriting and compliance data, analyze key metrics, and assist in developing reporting tools or dashboards for leadership.
- Support process improvement initiatives by reviewing and documenting underwriting workflows, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and ensure corrective actions are clearly communicated.
- Present findings and recommendations to RMO leadership at the conclusion of the internshi p.
Requirements and eligibility
- Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th
- (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA )
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Preferred, not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data visualization tools a plus.
