 The Work Itself As part of our Internship Program, you will have an opportunity to: • Have hands on experience and project-based work • Attend Orientation, Executive Speaking Series, and learning sessions as an Intern cohort • Participate in Mentoring Program and Giving Back Events • Network with your peers, your team, and those Allys you find exciting • Own an end of assignment presentation The Details: • Internship Program Timing:  May 21 – July 31, 2027 (tentative) • 40 hours each week with a mix of in-office and remote working days • Project-based work • Market competitive hourly compensation and a sign-on bonus, as well as financial housing assistance for those who qualify • Successful interns will have the opportunity to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or full-time role, or to a second internship, depending upon graduation timing.

The Work Itself Consumer Banking: Primary focus of the internship role will be supporting the digital team in delivering, optimizing, and analyzing digital initiatives across channels.

The intern would help with day-to-day digital deliverables while gaining exposure to strategy, content, analytics, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in the digital product lifecycle. The intern will contribute to projects that improve digital performance, strengthen engagement, and support broader business goals.

Key focus areas: • Help supervise app performance metrics and summarize insights • Conduct research on audience trends, competitors, and digital standard processes in the mobile space • Support testing and optimization efforts for digital experiences • Help maintain organization across projects, timelines, and deliverables • Collaborate with team members across lines of business, marketing, design, content, and analytics Intern Key Experiences: • Real-world experience working on analysis of contact center and finance data, navigating data analysis tools, and presenting an analysis of findings.

• Opportunities to develop data analysis, project management, and critical thinking. • Exposure to contact center operations, data analysis programs, and technology platforms.

• Mentorship from expert leaders in analytics. Key Intern Skills & Competencies: • Data Analysis Skills: Intern will grow and develop in the use of production level contact center data, using SQL & Power BI tools.

The will also learn how to tell a story with data and frame their thinking to enhance Ally’s Customer Experience • Problem-Solving Abilities – Intern will develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills through analyses of contact center and finance data.

• Relationship Development – Intern will gain exposure to various areas of Ally’s Consumer banking such as other analytics teams, operations, and technology.

The Skills You Bring Required qualifications. • Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program. • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Available for the full duration of the internship program. • Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

• A passion for the financial services and technology industry is strongly preferred. Preferred qualifications. • Previous internship experience or relevant project work is preferred.

• Extracurricular activities/leadership experience is preferred (student organizations, volunteering, sports, part-time roles, etc.). • Communication skills (strong written and verbal communication, ability to present ideas clearly and professionally, comfort working with multiple stakeholders) • Organizational skills (ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, strong attention to detail, good follow-through and reliability) • Analytical thinking (ability to interpret data and identify trends, comfort working with metrics and performance reports, curiosity about what drives digital performance) • Digital fluency (point of View of best-in-class mobile experiences from any industry, through personal use, willingness to learn new tools quickly, problem-solving, proactive mindset, ability to troubleshoot small issues and escalate when needed, openness to feedback and continuous) improvement • Collaboration and adaptability (works well in a team environment, flexible in a fast-paced setting, positive attitude and eagerness to learn) • Microsoft suite fluency (excel specifically) 
 Minimum Qualifications • 0+ years of experience • High school Diploma or GED equivalent

 Base Pay Range $25.00 - $33.00
