In addition, they support the Sales leadership team by tracking retail sales performance, creating and maintaining training materials, distributing sales resources across the resort , and assisting with projects that enhance sales and operational efficiency.

This position offers hands-on experience in sales, guest service, and business operations while contributing to a seamless and memorable guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sell and process ski lessons, ski rentals, childcare and lift tickets • Oversee team r etail sales tracking/reporting • Record training videos on sales tools and procedures • Maintain up to date guest information and accurate records • Provide accurate information to our guests • Serve as a mobile operations support, skiing across the resort to connect our nine sales locations with supplies, marketing materials, and sales resources • Gather and securely file and store Acknowledgement of Risks Agreements • Assist immediate supervisor daily with miscellaneous office duties • Responsible for balancing all methods of payment (i.

e., cash, checks, credit cards, etc.) • Perform basic office duties, such as copying, filing, stocking supplies, etc., including keeping the sales guest areas clean and orderly • Keep informed of updates/changes through interoffice emails, memos, etc.

• Meet all internship requirements set out by university/school and Deer Valley Resort • Option to shadow other departments QUALIFICATIONS: • Basic computer, accounting and communication skills • Able to lift at least 30 lbs.

and withstand frequent up-and-down/twisting/repetitive movements • Must be available for varied shifts, including weekends and holidays • Sit and/or stand behind a counter and/or a computer for 6-9 hours a day, four or five days a week, sometimes more during busier periods • Must be professional, dependable , and enjoys providing great customer service • Ability to ski preferred DATES OF EMPLOYMENT: • Mid-November to early December start date, with employment through mid-April PAY RATE: • $21.
