  • Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Project Management, Entrepreneurial Management, Marketing, or related field
  • Graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028
  • High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

The Digital Experience & Marketing team creates innovative digital products and experiences that strengthen the client-advisor relationship and help clients achieve their financial goals.

As a Digital Product Owner Intern, you'll work alongside product, design, analytics and technology teams to help shape digital experiences that deliver value for clients and advisors.

Throughout the summer, you'll develop foundational skills in product strategy, customer experience, analytics, Agile delivery, and stakeholder collaboration while contributing to real business outcomes.

About the Role As a Digital Product Owner Intern, you'll contribute to the development and enhancement of digital experiences that support clients and advisors.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll gain practical experience across key areas of digital product management including: • Digital Product Strategy and Execution • Consumer-Facing Web and Mobile Experiences • Digital Analytics and Performance Measurement • User Experience (UX) Research and Design • Agile Product Development and Delivery Examples of Past Intern Projects • Conducted user testing and analyzed feedback to inform product enhancements for a new digital trading platform • Evaluated portfolio experience concepts for the Secure Client Site to improve usability and client engagement • Researched virtual meeting experiences across competitors to identify industry trends, best practices, and opportunities for innovation Required Qualifications • Current Junior at a 4-year university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Project Management, Entrepreneurial Management, Marketing, or related field • Graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028 Preferred Qualifications • High degree of self-motivation with strong integrity and ethics • Proven organization skills and ability to manage time effectively • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and constructively with others • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • A passion for and strong interest in engaging digital experiences, including consumer-facing websites and mobile apps Visa Sponsorship Applicants must have a valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.

Base Pay Salary The estimated base salary for this role is $29/hourly. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location.

In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
