Qualified candidates must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for Fall term 2027. The Annuity Product Support (APS) team provides technical product expertise to support the development, testing, and implementation of annuity products and administration system changes.

This internship offers hands-on experience with product calculations, system testing, data validation, process documentation, and automation. Working alongside experienced product analysts, the intern will strengthen their analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills while gaining exposure to annuity products and insurance operations.

Accountabilities: • Assist with testing new annuity products and changes to existing products and administration systems. • Validate product rates, calculations, policy values, and system-generated results.

• Analyze test results, research differences, and clearly document findings. • Support the development and maintenance of test plans, tools, procedures, and product documentation.

• Assist with data analysis, reporting, process improvements, and automation opportunities using Excel and other tools. Qualifications and Experience: • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, finance, accounting, mathematics, data analytics, information systems, business, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate work.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of PowerPoint and Word. • Strong communication and teamwork skills; exposure to SQL, Microsoft Excel, or another programming language is beneficial but not required.

• Experience with AI tools preferred. Development Opportunities • Gain practical experience with annuity products and insurance administration systems.
