This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-performing environment. This is a hybrid internship, working 3 days per week in our downtown Milwaukee, WI office and 2 days remote.

The intern must be able to work full time during the summer, 37.5-40 hours per week, and work part time during the school semesters, 15-20 hours per week.

We are seeking a local student who can start in June 2027. The Impact You’ll Make: • Support operational initiatives that drive efficiency, process improvement and innovation across the Equity Research department • Collaborate with experienced professionals and research analysts to enhance team performance and client output • Assist with department initiatives and projects including coverage lists, marketing materials and data sourcing • Complete other administrative tasks, as needed What You’ll Bring to Baird: • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree - all majors are encouraged to apply • Anticipated graduation date of May 2028 or later • Ability to work within a team and on a self-directed basis • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with associates at all levels, both verbally and in writing • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment About Our Intern Program: Jumpstart your career with Baird’s high-impact summer intern program!
