Our global reach and entrepreneurial environment will give you the support, training and practical experience to develop your technical, commercial and professional skills.

Alongside serving clients, you will contribute to the wider life of the firm by building client relationships, supporting business development, developing our people and helping to shape our culture.

Our London Graduate Programme is a three-year programme combining hands-on client work with study towards the ACA qualification and membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).

From the outset, you will contribute to live client assignments, develop forensic and investigative accounting skills and gain exposure to the diverse nature of our work.

Your responsibility will increase as your technical knowledge, professional judgement and client skills develop. Baker Tilly will fund your ACA training with an external professional training provider.

You will receive time away from client work for ACA tuition and examinations, alongside ongoing mentoring, on-the-job coaching and technical development.

You will also have access to global learning delivered by Baker Tilly professionals through a range of training platforms. Your development will continue beyond the ACA qualification, with ongoing learning and opportunities to build your forensic expertise and progress your career at Baker Tilly.
